If you encounter difficulties in completing purchases in StarPlay, your credit card transaction did not go through successfully. If you were using Casino Dollars as payment method, please submit a Support Request to us.
At StarPlay, we take customer security and user verification very seriously.
Your credit card details must be entered correctly as well or resulting attempts at purchases will not be validated.
If you are using an iOS mobile device, all purchases made via the iOS app of StarPlay use the payment method assigned to your iTunes Account. If you have any questions or are experiencing problems, please contact the App Store directly.
If you are using an Android mobile device, purchases made via the Android version of StarPlay use the payment method assigned to your Google Play Account. If you have any questions or are experiencing problems, please contact the Google Play directly.
StarPlay has no control over iTunes or Google Play purchases. After contacting Apple or Google Play, if you wish to submit a Support Request to us regarding your purchase, please provide the following:
- Amount in question
- The transaction ID or a copy of the transaction e-mail.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT send any credit card information via Email or Support Requests to our StarPlay Support Team.
